To the Urgent Attention of all DEOs and AEOs(Copy to all GD Convenors)
Kindly convene the AEO Level Combined HM Conferences(LP,UP & HS) on 25th June
in all Sub-districts to Distribute the Gandhi Darshan Official Letters
and Teachers Orientation Circulars.The Gandhi Darshan Convenors will
attend the Meeting and assist to distribute the Circulars and other Details.
Minutes of the Gandhi Darshan Official Meeting held at Thycaud Gandhi Bhavan on 17 June 2016
1.Decided to convene the AEO level Combined HM Conferences-LP,UP&HS on 25 th June in all Educational Sub-districts to Distribute the Gandhi Darshan Official Letters and Teachers Orientation Circulars.
2.Decided
to issue special instructions from all the DEO Offices to all the High
School HMs to attend the AEO level Combined HM Conferences
3.Decided
to conduct the DEO level Gandhi Darshan Teachers Orientation Programme
in all the Educational Districts on the following dates.Attingal
Educational District - 28 June at Muncipal Town Hall;Trivandrum Educational District - 29 June at Thycaud Gandhi Bhavan and Neyyattinkara Educational District - 30 June at Muncipal Town Hall.
4.Decided
that the Respective Sub-district level Gandhi Darshan Convenors should
attend the AEO level HM Conferences to distribute the letters and
circulars to the HMs by collecting it from Thycaud Gandhi Bhavan.
5.Decided
to conduct the Second Gandhi Darshan Teachers Orientation Programme by
the middle of July in all the three Educational Districts.
6.The
meeting discussed the Gandhi Darshan School level activites and decided
to give special focus on the theme PRAKRUTHI SAUHRUTHA VIDHYALAYAM.
7.The meeting finalised 2016-17 Gandhi Darshan School Calender.
8.The
DDE presided over and Gandhi Darshan Working Chairman
Dr.N.Radhakrishnan inaugurated the meeting.Trivandrum DEO and DEO Office
Representatives from Neyyattinkara and Attingal,All the AEOs except
AEOs of Parassala,Kilimannur and Kaniyapuram and All the Gandhi Darshan
Convenors attended the meeting.
