of students to prepare a project and must present it in the Education District
level. The programme will be titled as “Oorjolsavam”. It will be conducted in
last week of November 2015. For the Educational District level competition team
can be represented by not more than 2 students per team. Topic for the project for 2015-16 will be “Home Energy”. Only one
project from each school is permitted for the competition. Evaluation of the
project will be done based on project report and presentation.

എയ്ഡഡ്
സ്കൂളുകളില് അധികമാകുന്ന അധ്യാപകരെ സംരക്ഷിക്കുമെങ്കിലും അവരെ
സര്ക്കാര് സ്കൂളുകളില് നിയമിക്കില്ല. അധ്യാപക പാക്കേജ് സംബന്ധിച്ച്
സര്ക്കാര് ഇറക്കിയ ഉത്തരവിലാണ് ഇക്കാര്യം വ്യക്തമാക്കിയത്.
സര്ക്കാര്
സ്കൂളുകളില് അധികമാകുന്ന അധ്യാപകരെ മാത്രമേ സര്ക്കാര് സ്കൂളില്
നിയമിക്കൂ. എയ്ഡഡ് മേഖലയിലെ സംരക്ഷിത അധ്യാപകരെ സര്ക്കാര് മേഖലയില്
നിയമിക്കണമെന്ന തര്ക്കത്തിലാണ്, മന്ത്രിസഭ അധ്യാപക പാക്കേജ്
അംഗീകരിച്ചിട്ടും ഉത്തരവിറങ്ങാന് വൈകിയത്.
എയ്ഡഡ് മേഖലയില്
4000ഓളം സംരക്ഷിത അധ്യാപകര് വരുമെന്നാണ് കണക്ക്. ഇവരെ സര്ക്കാര്
സ്കൂളുകളിലേക്ക് വിന്യസിച്ചാല് പി.എസ്.സി. വഴിയുള്ള നിയമനം നിലയ്ക്കും.
സര്ക്കാരിന് 1000 കോടി രൂപയുടെ അധികബാധ്യത വരുമെന്നും കണക്കാക്കുന്നു.
ധനവകുപ്പ് ഇക്കാര്യങ്ങള് ശക്തമായി ഉന്നയിച്ചതിനെത്തുടര്ന്ന് ഭരണതലത്തില്
പലവട്ടം കൂടിയാലോചന നടന്നു. തുടര്ന്ന് വ്യാഴാഴ്ച വൈകീട്ടോടെ ഉത്തരവ്
ഇറക്കുകയായിരുന്നു.
2010-11ലാണ് അവസാനം തസ്തികനിര്ണയം നടന്നത്.
അത് അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കി 2011-12 മുതല് എല്.പി.യില് 1:30, യു.പി.യിലും
ഹൈസ്കൂളിലും 1:35 എന്ന അനുപാതത്തില് അംഗീകാരം നല്കും. രാജി, മരണം,
വിരമിക്കല്, സ്ഥാനക്കയറ്റം, സ്ഥലംമാറ്റം എന്നീ ഒഴിവുകളിലെ നിയമനമാണ്
ഇതിനായി കണക്കാക്കുക.
എന്നാല്, 2011-12 മുതല് അധിക തസ്തികകളില്
നിയമിക്കപ്പെട്ടവര്ക്ക് 1:45 എന്ന അനുപാതത്തിലായിരിക്കും അംഗീകാരം. ഇവര്
പുറത്താകുകയാണെങ്കില് അതത് സ്കൂളില് ഒഴിവുണ്ടായാലേ തിരികെ ജോലി
ലഭിക്കൂ. 2015-16 മുതല് 1:45 എന്ന അനുപാതമനുസരിച്ചേ എല്ലാവിധ തസ്തികയും
അംഗീകരിക്കൂ.
ഈ വര്ഷം മുതല് എയ്ഡഡ് അധ്യാപക നിയമനത്തിന് മാനേജര്മാര് സര്ക്കാരിന്റെ മുന്കൂര് അനുമതി വാങ്ങണം. സര്ക്കാരിന് ലഭിക്കുന്ന അപേക്ഷയില് 30 ദിവസത്തിനകം തീരുമാനമുണ്ടാകും. ഇല്ലെങ്കില് മാനേജര്ക്ക് നിയമനവുമായി മുന്നോട്ടുപോകാം. കുട്ടികളുടെ ബയോമെട്രിക് രേഖ പരിശോധിച്ച് ഒഴിവ് യഥാര്ത്ഥമാണെന്ന് ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തിയേ സര്ക്കാര് തസ്തിക അംഗീകരിക്കൂ.
എയ്ഡഡ് മേഖലയിലെ സംരക്ഷിത അധ്യാപകരെ, ഹെഡ്മാസ്റ്റര് ക്ലാസ് ചുമതലയില്നിന്ന് ഒഴിവാകുമ്പോള് ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന ഒഴിവ്, എസ്.എസ്.എ., ആര്.എം.എസ്.എ. എന്നിവിടങ്ങളില് നിയമിക്കും. അതത് മാനേജ്മെന്റുകളില് വരുന്ന എല്ലാത്തരം ഒഴിവുകളിലും ഇവരെ നിയമിക്കണം. പുനര്വിന്യാസം ലഭിക്കുന്നതുവരെ സംരക്ഷിത അധ്യാപകര്ക്ക് മാതൃസ്കൂളില്നിന്നുതന്നെ ശമ്പളം കിട്ടും.
മാനേജര്മാര് അധ്യാപകരെ നിയമിക്കുംമുമ്പ് യോഗ്യതയില്ലായ്മ, യു.ഐ.ഡി.യിലെ കൃത്രിമം, ജനനതീയതിയിലെ വ്യത്യാസം എന്നിവ മൂലം നിയമിക്കപ്പെടാന് അര്ഹതയില്ലെന്ന് പിന്നീട് കണ്ടാല് പിരിച്ചുവിടും എന്ന പ്രസ്താവന എഴുതിവാങ്ങേണ്ടതാണ്.
*വര്ഷംതോറും മാര്ച്ച് 31ന് മുമ്പ്, നിലവിലുള്ള അധ്യാപകരുടെ പട്ടിക സര്ക്കാരിന് നല്കണം. അവധികാലയളവില് ജോലിക്ക് കയറിയ 51എ അവകാശികളുടെ പട്ടികയും നല്കണം.
*യു.ഐ.ഡി. പ്രകാരമുള്ള കുട്ടികളാണ് സ്കൂളില് പഠിക്കുന്നതെന്ന് ഉറപ്പുവരുത്താന് വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ ഓഫീസര്മാര് പരിശോധന നടത്തും. അധിക ഡിവിഷന് അര്ഹതയുണ്ടെങ്കില് ഉന്നതതല പരിശോധന വീണ്ടും നടത്തും. തെറ്റായ വിവരങ്ങളുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലാണ് തസ്തിക അനുവദിച്ചതെന്നുകണ്ടാല് മാനേജര്, പ്രഥമാധ്യാപകന്, ക്ലാസ് ടീച്ചര്, വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ ഓഫീസര് എന്നിവര്ക്കെതിരെ കര്ശന നടപടിയുണ്ടാകും.
*2011-12ന് ശേഷം റഗുലര് തസ്തികയില് നിയമിക്കപ്പെട്ടവരെ 1:30, 1:35 എന്നീ അനുപാതപ്രകാരം കണക്കാക്കിയിട്ടും പുറത്തുപോയാല് സംരക്ഷണം കിട്ടും. അധ്യാപക ബാങ്കില് ഉള്പ്പെട്ടവര്ക്കും സംരക്ഷണമുണ്ട്.
*ഒരു മാനേജ്മെന്റിന് കീഴിലുള്ള സംരക്ഷിത അധ്യാപകരെ പിന്നീടുണ്ടാകുന്ന ഒഴിവുകളില് നിയമിക്കണം.
*സ്പെഷലിസ്റ്റ് അധ്യാപക നിയമനത്തിന് പീരിയഡുകള് ഇല്ലെങ്കില് കോര്പ്പറേറ്റ് മാനേജ്മെന്റുകള്ക്ക് അവരുടെ സ്കൂളുകള് ക്ലബ് ചെയ്ത് നിയമനം നടത്താം. വ്യക്തിഗത മാനേജ്മെന്റ് സ്കൂളുകളുടെ കാര്യത്തില് സര്ക്കാര് ക്ലബ് ചെയ്യും.
* മൂന്നുമാസം വരെയുള്ള ഒഴിവുകളില് മാനേജര്തന്നെ ക്രമീകരണം നടത്തണം. ഈ കാലയളവില് പുതിയ നിയമനം അംഗീകരിക്കില്ല. 2015-16 മുതല് അവധി ഒഴിവുകളില് സംരക്ഷിത അധ്യാപകരെ നിയമിക്കും.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Energy Management Centre, under Dept of Power, Govt. of Kerala have started a new programme titled Smart Energy Programme (SEP) (Energy Club). Smart Energy Programme is one of the flagship projects of EMC, which was formed to spark off an initiative for curbing energy wastage through active measures and also popularising the importance of energy conservation energy efficiency measures among students.
As part of this programme, the schools in Neyyattinkara Educational District (under DEO & AEOs of Neyyattinkara,Balaramapuram
Schools including UP, High school (Govt, Aided, Unaided, CBSEand ICSE) may be enrolled. Each school should enrol minimum fifty students to SEP. Enrolment form should be in the prescribed format given by EMC and enrolment made through Joint Coordinator of respective educational district where the school is located.
Enrolment form and the order from the General Education Department Director are also attached for your information.
We kindly request you to give directions to the Headmaster/Headmistress to depute teacher-in-charge of Energy Club in the schools under your charge for attending the training programme of EMC on 01-08-2015, 10am at Govt. Model Girls HSS, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram and also bring the duly filled enrolment forms. Kindly confirm their participation. The participants will be paid TA.

ഈ വര്ഷം മുതല് ഒമ്പതും പത്തും ക്ലാസ്സുകളിലെ കുട്ടികള് MINORITY PREMATRIC SCHOLARSHIP ന് അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടത്, കേന്ദ്ര സര്ക്കാരിന്റെ സ്കോളര്ഷിപ്പ് വെബ്സൈറ്റിലൂടെ ആണ്. എറണാകുളം ജില്ലയിലെ അദ്ധ്യാപകര്ക്കു വേണ്ടി ഡാറ്റാ എന്ട്രി ക്ലാസുകള് നയിച്ച ഐടി@സ്ക്കൂള് മാസ്റ്റര് ട്രെയിനര് അനില്കുമാര് ഈ പോര്ട്ടല് വഴി മൈനോറിറ്റി സ്കോളര്ഷിപ്പിന് അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ട വിധത്തെ സ്ക്രീന്ഷോട്ടുകള് സഹിതം വിശദീകരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
മെയിന് മെനുവിലെ Services ല് Register School/College എന്നതിലൂടെ ഏതെല്ലാം സ്കൂളുകള് ലിസ്റ്റിലുണ്ടെന്ന് അറിയാം. ഈ ലിസ്റ്റില് ഉള്പ്പെടാത്തവര്ക്ക് ഇതേ മെനുവിലൂടെ സ്കൂള് രജിസ്റ്റര് ചെയ്യണം. സ്കൂള് രജിസ്റ്റര് ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് UDISE Code അനിവാര്യമാണ്.
Student Login ല് ID യും Password ഉം ഉള്ളവര്ക്ക് പ്രവേശിക്കുവാന് Login എന്ന ലിങ്കും പുതിയതായി രജിസ്റ്റര് ചെയ്യുന്നവര്ക്ക് Register എന്ന ലിങ്കും ലഭ്യമാണ്.
ഇപ്പോള് കുട്ടി ചേര്ത്ത മോബൈല് നമ്പറിലേക്ക് ഒരു Temporary ID, message ആയി ലഭിക്കുകയും ,ഒപ്പം Temporary ID അവിടെ display ആവുകയും ചെയ്യും. ഈ Temporary ID യൂസര് നേയിമായും, Date of Birth , password ആയും ഉപയോഗിച്ച് കുട്ടിക്ക് Login ചെയ്യാവുന്നതാണ്. അതിനാല് തന്നെ ഒറ്റ spell ല് മുഴുവന് ഡാറ്റായും ചേര്ക്കണമെന്നില്ല.

താഴെ Save & Continue ബട്ടണില് പ്രസ്സ് ചെയ്യുക. അടുത്തതായി BANK DETAILS എന്ന പേജിലെത്തും.
Note – In case if student is not able to select Bank or Branch then they are requested to contact the National Scholarships Portal Help Desk Numbers : 040-23120500 (501 /502 /503 /504 /505)
താഴെ Save & Continue ബട്ടണില് പ്രസ്സ് ചെയ്യുക. അടുത്തതായി CONTACT DETAILS എന്ന പേജിലെത്തും.
Confirm ചെയ്താല് പിന്നീട് എഡിറ്റു ചെയ്യാന് സാധിക്കില്ലാത്തതിനാല് എല്ലാ വിവരങ്ങളും ശരിയെന്ന് ഉറപ്പു വരുത്തിയശ്ശേഷം മാത്രം Confirm ചെയ്യുക.
രജിസ്റ്റര് ചെയ്ത കുട്ടികളുടെ വിവരങ്ങള് സ്കൂള് ലോഗിനില് HM വെരിഫൈ ചെയ്ത് Confirm ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്.
