Sub : Gandhi Jayanthi Observance&Gandhi Darshan Gandhi Jayanthi Kalotsavam- 2015

Sending herewith the Gandhi Jayanthi Observance Programme details and the schedule of the Gandhi Darshan Gandhi Jayanthi Kalotsavam 2015 as attachment file.Request your kind attention and necessary action to the following matters:

1)Kindly Forward the Gandhi Darshan Gandhi Jayanthi Kalotsavam Circular(Attachment File) to all the Schools through E-mail and if E-mail facility is not available please SMS the Sub-district Kalotsavam Venue.Please include it as a  Special Agenda Item of the next HM Confernce. Instructions are already given to the respective Gandhi Darshan Convenors.

2)All the AEOs may kindly   make themself convenient to attend the Inaugural meeting of the Sub-District Gandhi Darshan Kalotsavam at 9.30am and be present in the afternoon to verify and sign the Certificates and also to Distribute the Certificates at the Valedictory Function on 5th October.Please affix the Office Seal in all the Certificates.

3)Kindly convene  Gandhi Darshan Committee meeting in all the Sub-Districts and to give necessary instructions to the smooth conduct of the Programme.

4)Necessary instructions be given to the GD Convenors and Executive Committe Members to properly organise the Programme.Certificates,Prizes(books),Competition theme,Quiz competition Questions and Rs.3000 to meet the bear minimum expenses will be provided to all sub-districts for the conduct of the Kalotsavam.
